Herringbone Half Double Crochet

It’s time for a new stitch tutorial. This stitch isn’t one I use often, but it makes for a lovely solid stitch with some pretty texture. I have used it to make hats and have also used it in last week’s washcloth if you’re looking for a project to practice it on.

So if you didn’t get it from the title of this blog, this month’s stitch tutorial is the Herringbone Half Double Crochet, or in UK terms, the Herringbone Half Treble.

If you decide to create something with this stitch I would love to see it! Be sure to tag the Hooked on Crochet Club on social media so that I can.
