How to Create a Ridged Washcloth

Texture is always my favourite type of crochet. I love designs that allow the stitches to do the talking without the need for colour changes or complicated sttich patterns. This month’s washcloth ticks all of those boxes!

There is lots to love in this design. A simple two row repeat that you can do without too much thinking because the stitches speak for themselves.

I’ve used the trusty KnitPicks Dishie once again and the golden colour lends to the name of it – Golden Ridge, quite simply because it is golden coloured and has ridges. No need to over-complicate right?!

If you’re not familiar with my washcloth designs, then let me explain! This is my fifth year of designing a new washcloth every month. I design them because they are perfect for testing out new stitches and stitch designs. I love to help crocheters to improve on their crochet skills, and this is just one way that I do it. And every pattern has all that you need, including how to adjust it if you want to create something else!
