I’ve been playing catch up on my pattern writing – kind of – and here is my latest that was sitting in the queue!

My Mandala Market Bag.

I love the size and detail in this bag.  I had hoped to be able to use one ball of yarn, but had to finish it off with a contrasting colour.  I’m still very pleased with how it turned out, and the design makes it perfect as a project bag too for a small project – like more bags!

I started with a mandala out of Mandalas to Crochet.  I had to re-write the pattern to make it easier to follow and then add the rows and extras to make it into a bag.

The yarn I used was Knit Picks Dishie Cotton – a versatile favourite!
