Mini Messenger Bag from Granny Squares

Who doesn’t love a bag? Especially when it’s a mini-messenger bag made from granny squares! And that is what granny square inspruation project I am bringing you this month.

Think of this one as being a “day clutch” or handy little hand held to hide your purse, cards and keys in – a pocket you can carry!

I’ve made this one with squares from the Hooked on Crochet Club – 2 that are a solid granny square and one that is our treble flower, back loop only granny – and left over washcloth yarn that I had using a 5mm hook.

I’ll be showing my Clubhouse members exactly how I made this scarf in our week 2 Hook and Learn lesson in the Clubhouse. Every week in the Hooked on Crochet Club I have a live tutorial that covers a pre-planned project or a tutorial for a stitch or technique that members need on a current project – either their own or a clubhouse one.

Not a member of the Hooked on Crochet Club? Add your name to the waitlist! Doors are only open a few times of year so you don’t want to to miss out.
